In this case, you would have to reset your current task structure. Go to Program Configuration >> Synchronization. Remove all Task Types and structure builders and then Reset Task Structure and Save. After that select Epic only in your structure builder. Now, when you will link task from different projects with epic it will be visualized on theUsing eazyBI for Jira, you may create burndown charts for a sprint and apply additional filters to it, for example, by issue type, Epic Link, project, assignee, and other. If you're seeing this on individual issues, you may manually remove each duplicate link. For issue links you can only remove one of the duplicate but for Issues in Epic it will remove all duplicate and require you to recreate the association.
Hi @Сыдыгалы Сагынбаев. Go to View epic details -> It will open issue details. From issue details. Click on three dots on the top right corner | Delete. You need to have the permission to delete it though. Ravi.
2. Bulk edit the tickets to change the workflow to move them back to the backlog. 3. Open up the Backlog view. 4. Drag the tickets out of the sprint into the backlog (this clears the sprint field) 5. Open up each ticket and place it back into the status you need it to have. Voila!
